1. Cancellation Policy

All services must be paid for at the time of booking, no refunds will be given for missed or cancelled appointments. If you cannot make an appointment, it can be transferred to another date as long as more than 48 hours’ notice has been given. For emergencies like illness, flexibility will be considered on a case by case basis to reschedule an appointment; contact must be made by client as soon as possible.

 

 

2. Scheduling & Communications

Your session time will be predetermined at the time of your booking and by your choosing.  All sessions are via Zoom and recorded for you, please be on time for your sessions, as any time lost due to your late arrival cannot be made up. The session will end 60 minutes after the scheduled start time.

 

 

3. Confidentiality

All communication between Siobhan M Kelly and the Client is held in the strictest of confidence except for circumstances in which Siobhan M Kelly believes Client is at risk of serious bodily injury to self or another. In such cases, Siobhan M Kelly has professional obligation to reveal some information (only on a need-to-know basis) about a Client’s case.
